Before films, radio, and television. the sitcom appeared on stereocards. The Newlyweds is a remarkable series of 12 pairs lithographed by Griffith & Griffith in Philadelphia in 1902. This same story line was rephotographed and published numerous times by different companies, although the Griffith & Griffith version has a particularly noxious ending.
